These hot and spicy BBQ lamb mince kebabs are a twist on the standard; using “heady smoky” dry spices, then adding mellow home grown and ground curry and kaffir lime leaf powders. (refer to the “How to make spices from scratch”).
Freshness is added with lemon juice, coriander leaves and spring onions. |
