Start – Ingredients
  • 1 kg lamb mince
  • 1 – 1 1/2  cup fresh herbs chopped
    • fresh lemon verbena leaves (or lemon basil/balm)
    • fresh parsley
    • fresh oregano leaves
  • 1/2 -1 cup spring onions chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves – crushed
  • 1-2 lemons – juice and rind
  • 1 – 2 tsp pepper – freshly grated
  • 2 tsp garlic salt

Garnish

  • lemon wedges/cheeks
  • fresh herbs

4 Place mince on to large skewers (or shape them into sausages), approx 6 – 8

7 Remove from skewers and cut on an angle for serving

Tips to Create
Use the same herb for a lamb roast and also add rosemary
