The salad ingredients can be adjusted to taste, some suggestions are: use fresh lettuce, rocket, Chinese cabbage, fennel, snow peas, snow pea shoots and leaves, lentil sprouts, Add Vietnamese mint, lemon balm, sweet basil, parsley sprinkle with roasted shallots, dried chilli flakes, pomegranate seeds, almond flakes or sesame seeds Make it into a meal by adding glass noodles – rice for a gluten free option or add mung bean noodles for a carb free option |
